So today we are going to be talking about this guy that goes by the name of PirateSoftware.

This guy is relatively drama free, but you know what they say, stick around long enough, and you’ll get a load of… idk internet drama.

  1. if he is an industry plant and a deciever then who cares if people make up lies about him, he needs to be exposed. i never liked him ever since i seen him on my youtube. but great video regardless, summed up well

  2. At this point anyone who relies on online "death threats" for sympathy points loses credibility in my eyes.
You can post a cooking recipe online and receive an online death threat – they mean nothing and are never realized.

  3. This dude was my raid leader in BFA during I believe Nya'Lotha, we were doing a mythic run, a run everyone prepared pretty hard for. Five pulls, five pulls was all it took for him to essentially abandon the group. Legit next day gone because people didnt have correct corruptions on their gear, if you played back then you know for a fact that wasn't always possible lol. Guy is genuinely a loser with an insane god complex.

  4. I feel like this video missed out on another core thing of this situation. Thor boasts and brags constantly about how good he is about WoW and how he’s so much better than everyone else at it. This whole thing is dumb but Thor is a guy who does shit like this a lot and there’s good video potential from him. Look up Maldavius Figtree

  5. i agree with his team 100% that he should have apologised and taken accountability for not trying to make sure the whole team gets out when the call to run was made, its hardcore you lose EVERYTHING when your dead even though they could’ve actually been fine if they had the right plan they easily should’ve all gotten out of there.

all in all this is a real nothingburger of a story, its his twitch he wants positivity he can ban whoever he wants, ludwig still has people banned from his pokemon nuzlock and their mistake was just asking to be named as a pokemon.

  6. i really don’t get the amount of hate…

guy called run… so he ran… if you put in dozens of hours just to have the chance to lose it all after someone already gave the commitment to run… well… i don’t see it

also… he said multiple times that multiple people fucked up

  7. So many noobs in comments are defending piRAT but the reality is:
    1) his class has the best AOE CC abilities
    2) he pretended to be a good player, but turned out to be bad
    3) there are clips of him explaining what to do in this situation and he did nothing of it

  8. As soon as the zoomer kid threw attitude I was completely rooting for his toon to rip. I can imagine Thor being annoyed at this yam dude and thus throwing on purpose while gaslighting him, just to get back at him for his ultra annoying attitude. That was the wrong call, as it turns out, and gave the lil annoying brat more leverage against him. And from there it spiraled, and now it's so much more than what it needed to be.

  10. Jesus Christ. So many people are not understanding. This is hardcore. You die, you lose your character. First and foremost I think most of the idiotic reaction channels juicing this content for every drop of desperation they can manage are, as you said about yourself, f***ing noobs. These guys? The guys who are playing this dungeon? They're not noobs. They've been playing WoW, more than likely, longer than most of your little pissant viewers have been sucking dopamine from this site.

Now, what you and your little fiends don't seem to understand is that this situation is not salvageable. Yet you're admitting you don't even know if this is a raid or a dungeon, so you don't even know the name of the dungeon, which also means you don't even have a singular foggy clue of who this boss is, what their mechanics are, and how it kills you. So, let's actually talk about what these players saw that made them say "Run, run, run, throw a target dummy, do you have a grenade"

Guard Fengus isn't, on his own, a big deal. He's all melee, he just knocks you up in the air, the only mechanic here is: Mage, don't do too much damage or you're gonna pull threat and get 1-hit KO'd. Tank, keep aggro. He's really quite simple. Ideally, though, you don't even need to kill Fengus. Use your rogue.

You know what the real problem is? The real problem is that the tank now has a mage who does AOE damage primarily, who can't pump numbers into the group that they need to kill because he's too low on mana and needs to save some for control spells in case things get hairy. Which he does, and then he uses all of that mana on said control spell, and runs, like he was instructed to do. On top of that, you're fighting a Gordok Mage-Lord. Again, all of these, if they're on their own, they're not an issue. It's the fact that they're all together in one big pack. Here's the threat: Mage-Lord polymorphs anybody in the group, they pull another patrol and die. Or, worst case scenario, the tank gets polymorph'd, loses aggro, and the healer or the rogue gets 1-hit KO'd.

This is not "d'uhhhhhh nyehhhh the mage killed the group nyeehhhhhh (while slobbering) if he just turned around (spoken with a heavy lisp btw) and got back in the fight nyeehhhhhhh we could have killed them…." This is "You run, because death is permanent, and you can reset this in under an hour rather than roll a new f***ing character you absolutely smooth brained neanderthal."

  11. At the end of the day, his character is still alive, so he made the right choice.

He already ran, and was too far away to be of help, and was out of mana so he literally physically could not be any help, unless by help they meant "hey dude you should sacrifice yourself for us since we forgot to run"

And the guy at the end like "let me talk" as if he wasn't the only one talking during that section. Pirate literally just replied to him and got rudely cut off with "let me talk" like yeah I would have left the chat too, dude isn't trying to have a conversation, he's trying to scold pirate like he's a kindergartner or something.

Seems like his team is just a bunch of salty losers that failed to defend their hardcore characters. They should have played it safe and ran like pirate did, and they all got jealous at the end that he lived by being smart; and ironically, complaining about accountability. THEY are the ones who need to take some accountability for the fact that they failed to preserve their characters. They were in too deep and instead of making the smart move like pirate did, they stupidly doubled down on the fight and they all lost their characters. THEY should have some accountability for the fact that they died by not fleeing the dungeon when shit hit the fan. It is not pirates fault that they failed the mission of living. ALL they had to do was run like he did. The only thing that would have changed if pirate didn't run away, is that there would be 4 dead characters instead of 3. They were just jealous of his better decision.

And then autistic warcraft fans in chat did the autism
