I miss when it was just dragons demons and the occasional undead. Why they gotta make it all political and shit now. Basically become world of stormwind. The games really lost its luster as a mmorpg in place of b team story writing 😒

I'm glad this was tied together. The moment Taelia was revealed to be Bolvar Fordragon's daughter, I was certain she was not going to be an addition to BFA permanently, and she would go forward into the next expansion, whatever it was.
This is very likely one of those "Three lies he will tell you" referring to Il'gynoth's whispers concerning the boy king sitting at the master's table. Another one was almost certainly Saurfang's release from the Stockades. I don't believe the third lie has been uttered, yet, but I suspect it has something to do with his delving into shadows. I'm typically critical of Blizzard's writing, but right now, I think there is a certain air of what it is to be Anduin. He knew Bolvar didn't want the identity of the new Lich King revealed. He wanted the scourge to be forgotten, and was willing to make himself forgotten. He made Tirion Fordring swear it. Anduin knew, but was sworn to secrecy. I suspect Bolvar never wanted his daughter knowing what truly befell him. I don't blame him for that, either. In any case, Taelia should not blame Anduin, and she's going to find out quickly, it probably killed him not being able to say. It's a lot like Ned Stark being sworn to secrecy on the true identity of Jon Snow. That secret brought much turmoil to House Stark, so much, that his presumed mother, Catelyn treated him terribly, while never knowing, Jon Snow was not actually Ned's bastard.
To be honest its a bit stupid they talk plainly about Bolvar at the beginning, even though she is there. They know who is she.
