I'm pretty sure you can realm hop with group finder to instantly "spawn" them so you can stand on the top side where they are more stacked.
What's your drop/kill average?
I'm pretty sure these are going to be 2k on my server when I'm going to check it out though.
Had a few drop from spideys today in ZM just near Mother, seems way easier than just the Viperid farm
