I recently transferred from Alliance to Horde to do this quest and I can’t click on the war table/ no one to start the quest I am 70 btw
I am trying to do this and literally no NPCs show up at all where the map is. I can't right click it or anything. I'm level 70 too

Not sure what changes have been made but i thought you had to go through a ton of quests from the zandalari trolls before you could make your way to the first starter quest for the desert where you help a vulpera escape then travel by carriage over to the hideaway?

I'm not sure if it's changed since this video was made, but as far as I can tell, currently you unlock Vulpera at level 40 and can immediately start the quest for it at the embassy. And you don't even have to have finished the Secrets in the Sands quest line. Is level 50 just what you recommend when doing it or what?
