This gating behind renown and rating sucks. Pvp gear was better in WOD. One honor set and one conquest. No gating.
I think if they removed the ranks from the honor gear and just made it 233, that would help a lot

why have gear locked behind rating? to further increase the divide between players when there is already a high skill ceiling? what use is it making the good players even stronger when they already dominate with equal gear? just provide cool cosmetics and mounts/titles for high rating players to achieve instead of gear strength
They need to make the Conquest you gain from Arena's a lot more. You can't get into RBGs as a low ilvl alt. 2's 3's is the best way. But the Conquest you get is so miniscule.. I don't think it should be that way at the start. But when the season has been going on for a couple weeks. A buff should be implemented
The “changes” are trash. They keep the same uphill barrier in place and tier systems encourage booster for token gameplay. Still trash
first i see +3 ilv on valor gear… was about to shit on bnet forum for first time.. conquest ilv lowered and more caps added… uff thanks god better not shit post… yet XD
Its a good chance if they implement it, getting honor gear is a real pain, and you are still weak once you have full set

They need to dramatically increase the honor you gain from every pvp activity, and either remove the 15k honor cap, or increase it considerably. This is already an issue with the amount of upgrade ranks we have now, so doubling the amount of upgrade ranks, will make the problem that much worse.
Pve gear should scale down in pvp
This isn’t a step in the right direction. Check the forums specifically arena and ptr 9.1.5. I have never seen the PvP community so unified before. It’s not just causals who want to scrap this horrible system.
Blizzard is selling tokens for carries due to the rating gating gearing system. To rank up, you need to fight players better and more geared than you while facing glad carries. This incentivizes carries —> blizz gets money from tokens. All at the expense of their paying customers experience. – And we see it and leave the game.
That aside, blizz says they are listening and there is no other topic more discussed and advocated for on the forums than having 1 honor and 1 conquest set. Let raw skill determine ranking. PvP gameplay stands on its own. We will see what they choose to do.
playing this games like having a second job i prefer wow of the past honor conquest just 2 itam levels of gear 10 arena wins per week for bis gear in pvp the devs before ion were alot better
