  1. In my opinion its great if conduits are not very impactful. I like playing 2-4 characters and 2-3 speccs on each of them. I think it will be much easier to do so, if conduits are less powerful and if I wont need to change them for each dungeon or even raid boss!

  2. Given the utter disappointment which was BfA, as much as I'd love for Shadowlands to be some amazing new experience, I don't know. If some of the same mapping and quest design continues into Shadowlands, then the expansion isn't going to be a riot to play through.

I've currently got 5 level 50 Alliance characters (one for each armor class, plus one that uses shields), and I'm working on my third level 50 character for Horde. Hoping to have a full closet filled with characters who can run around grabbing transmogs. How much endgame I play in Shadowlands, well — BfA endgame was incredibly lame. I'm hoping Torghast uses some Diablo mechanics and makes it interesting, but it seems more an evolution of the corrupted Stormwind/Orgrimmar quests, and those were incredibly tough to get into without spending a huge amount of time just grinding the same mobs day after day.

  3. I’m gonna pick whatever covenant suits my personality, I’m gonna play whatever content I want without the threat of being left behind, and I’m gonna play at the pace that I wanna play that. I’ll let the try Hards be the try Hards

  4. How does one dabble in PvP with scaling now gone?
The current problem with wow is everything seems so fleeting. Content gets outdated quick and it's all very themeparky and wreaks of "this is a distraction".

  5. Many people are going to have issues with the lore from here on out since it isn’t rooted entirely in the characters and stories that have made the Warcraft universe what it is now. The irony is many people will also complain if they continue to recycle the same characters or storylines every expansion.

  6. I liked BFA, so if this is better then I am in for a treat! I think the only thing I didn't like about BFA is the splitting up of zones between Alliance/Horde. I want to spend time in all the new zones equally, but in BFA all I did in a beautiful zone like Stormsong was a couple simple quests and then go there for a world quest or two once in a while and it really made me feel like I was only getting half an expansion (unless I played both factions, which I do not). Thankfully, it looks like Shadowlands doesn't care about which faction you are so I'll be able to do everything there is to do, regardless of my faction and that makes me excited!

  7. I'm shelving my alts until 9.1 just to see how things work out for me in game. If all of this stuff makes me feel like it's not worth it to invest in alts at that time then they'll be shelved indefinitely until the very end.

  8. Question. All my characters are on Blackrock horde. My buddys characters are on Lothar. The only reason we'd both be returning is to play together. Any chance blizzard will offer free character transfer?

  9. Nobody cares about Bis! You know what's going to happen? 1 covenant will better then the rest and it'll be nerfed & everyone is going to mald out! Ignore the system and play whatever you want

  10. One thing I worry about is how disjointed and small the Shadowlands looks. The smallest number of zones yet with absolutely no interconnectivity, one useless grind zone that kicks you out as soon as it can, and while Torghast seems fun, it LOOKS generic and plain af. It's like Legion but without Suramar which was the biggest and the best zone in the expansion.

  11. I've been a fan of A Song of Ice and Fire since I saw GRRM in 1994 at a convention. But not everything needs to be based on that. We've seen too many franchises derailed in the last decade (including A Game of Thrones) because ambition and aspiration does not equal talent.
