🏴‍☠️ Get swept away in the Plunderstorm— a fun, new, limited-time, pirate-themed event of prodigious proportions lasting the next several weeks. Scour the map and try to be the last pirate standing while dashing across the Arathi Highlands to find abilities, upgrades, and loot to plunder just to survive!

Plunge into a challenging battle that earns excellent rewards for World of Warcraft® Modern and Classic progression realms. All you have to do is survive…and plunder. Can’t seem to stay in the realm of the living? No problem. Plunderers still gain progression that helps unlock new rewards.

Each match is 10-15 minutes long and has 60 players per match, with the winner being the last one standing. Level up and acquire new abilities and spells by killing creatures and enemies, looting chests, and avoiding the encroaching storm.

  1. Just a tip, Pally, the first enemy you kill always drops a spell. So it's better to land on normal enemies near an elite to get their spell then go kill the elite to get a 2nd spell so you have 2 in your first opening instead of just 1.

  2. No judgement on your content, it’s quality as always. But Plunderstorm feels like a cheap knock off of battle Royale / DOTA game modes, and the fact they put dev effort into this when HotS languishes… makes me angry.

Heck. Why isn’t this a game mode in HotS? Has anyone combined Battleground and DOTA style gameplay? If so, why is it not famous?

  3. I personally love the WoW content, I unfortunately haven't been watching since the ol' WoW days but it's easy to see why this type of content helped get you to where you are today. keep up the amazing work Pally
