  1. people watch too many videos before making a descision, if you want to play a game, try it out stop over thinking it and trying to play it like everyone else. I play wow the way i want and i love it. I love questing and doing world events, gathering herbs and helping out whoever i see along the way. That to me is pure bliss in a videogame. Stop trying to be someone else in a game and you will feel way better, and that also works in real life.

  2. WoW has been around for a long time… Perhaps too long for there to be any hope for new generations of players. I predict that the pool of players becomes smaller and smaller until it’s done. Just keep it simple for the most dedicated players.

  3. Idk new players get character boosts. I bought dragon flight after not playing for a long time and they gave me three level 60 character Tolkien’s. Not only that but they do the world events where you can catch your gear up. Boo this man. Booooooooo

  5. Even players like me who want to just get the elite set transmog from rated are intimidated by how PVP work vs my own knowledge, reaction time and skill level.

Battlegrounds is more new player friendly because it has more people and thus your mess ups from lack of skill or knowledge doesn't effect the group as much.

Personally i think that wow pvp should have its own spells and abilities you use, like any other MOBA or competitive game, 5 to 6 abilities to learn and use.

    Not 35 or 50.

This way its more approachable and easier to understand, the vets will get pissed but they can get use to it.

Plus with such reduced ability counts they can actually see the screen better.

This would also allow blizz to take knowledge from how overwatch abilities worked and apply it elsewhere

  6. Every mmo is like this… engaging in pvp is gate kept by people already in groups, in some games it goes to the extent where teams/guilds/companies whatever will go into a big monthly/weekly pvp event without having maximum players in their team but kick or refuse entry to people they don't want or don't think are good enough/have good enough gear.

People just don't want to give players a chance.

  7. Haha, after a break of 3 yeras. Just come back and all you said was I need to do to start playing… Well before finish I got bored… Same shit happened with Diablo 4. The game is so complex on math for dps and gear I got bored fast too. I'm not looking for a easy game, but don't want a game I need work like a job to play.

  8. One of the reasons why I am excited about the AI dungeons. I can do it whenever I want, at the pace I want and no worries about how I perform. If I want to try tanking, no worries. No complaining about the pace, the route and such. I hope they will include M0 dungeons just to help people learn the mechanics for doing m+.
