Oh yes, you thought bigbobbedboi was gone. No, he is not. I am not. We are here. Here for the season. P2 kinda had some problems, but it also had the opposite of some problems. P3 might even better.

  1. one of the first raids I did, I died during Therma. The caster epic ring dropped and I won the roll, but after the kill the instance counldn't get out of combat. Thus never letting me back in and our whole team lost out on the ring. That put a sour taste in my mouth of the right right at the beginning

  2. So my main issue with gnomer compared to BFD. Was just it not pug-able just make it simple and easy not require responsibility on players and not wipe the raid. The amount of gate keeping was bat shit insane for a level up raid

  3. sadly I do think that sod is the dad server. Makes me sad because I hate playing with the dads, which is why I quit wow lol. But I don't like the endless grind of retail, nor do I like the idea of having to grind rep and pre-bis on multiple cata characters. Wish there was a less grindy version of wow that was still a lot of fun to play and not tailored made for drunk dads

  4. 20 man raids are going to be a complete disaster. too big to run with your own group of friends, too small to be epic in scale like 40 mans. i can guarantee you that people are going to HATE 20 mans and complain about them from day 1

    people are gonna hate this comment, but they really do need to add badge currency to 5 man dungeons. it would be easy to implement from a programming/resources perspective on blizzard's end. it would incentivize everyone to run the existing 5 man classic dungeons that we all know and love. it would make balancing easier because additional loot could be added for classes/specs that actually cater to their individual needs, without mucking up the loot tables for everyone

    yeah, badge currency isn't classic. but who cares. this isn't classic – it's classic plus. nothing should be more important than incentivizing players to engage in content with each other. it's why we all play this game

  5. who cares the mechanics of boss fighting? As long as loot is good. For good quest, just boost all quest reword stats x2 or 3. So your pre bis are among all the quests, go quest your own pre bis. They should even add p3 bis in to zf Mara uld. So ppl can farm them. Good for play time for blizzard. P2 is too short. I am still missing the ring and trinket for being full bis. With 20 man, 8 bosses , only 8 lockouts in st. They should just make all bosses drop tokens. So each player gets 2-3 tokens after every raid that they can exchange gears freely. It’s phase in a season, let ppl get bised!

  6. I've cleared Gnomer since the second lockout as a feral main tank, i still havent had ACP drop, and yesterday was the first melee trinket to drop. Im still missing the belt, epic ring, machinist gloves, and a new wrist. I understand drops are random but not getting gear other than the quest necklace and set, its been absolutely disappointing getting gear this whole phase. I almost look like an alt and P3 comes out this week. I feel like I traded the mount drop for all my gear this season, I won it early phase and havent had anything else drop for me since lol

  7. I never got into a single gnomer on warrior, partly because my schedule makes it hard to get into guild runs and partly because everyone already requires 6/6 exp + WB + high parsing etc. Hope more raid slots open up easier pugs. Maybe I will just wait for 40 mans.

  8. Gnomer was aight. Not terrible. Some wasted time for sure. Liked that it was slightly harder than bfd. I wish pvp was better. My biggest gripe is that SoD feels more like wrath minus than classic plus and if you think about it, the runes are just basically MoP talent selection tree

  9. I disagree about the next phase being fine without any new pvp content. I’m gonna claw my eyes out doing another laggy ass bloodmoon and bgs are dead since you can skip the honor grind with bloodmoon tokens saved for next phase. I agree gnomer wasn’t great though and there’s too little content.

  10. I always remembered Gnomer for that last hall where people would often pull the whole thing and destroy the group. Am I alone? How was that not a staged gauntlet encounter starting with an alarm bot?

  11. Great Vid, i think the biggest point to be made here that you addressed is that the current runes REALLY need to be looked at and reworked. Without runes sod is just classic, so these really need to shine for this content to be fun to play. imo

  12. I think the aesthetic of Gnomer ruins it a bit too. BFD in comparison is a secret hidden lair full of evil necromancers, snake people, shadowy magic.. very cool visual dungeon design. Gnomeregans first room is cool… and then its just metal tunnels. I'm super excited for ST as it also has a very strong map design. I just hope the maze-ness of it doesn't ruin it

  13. Two critques, the biggest failure was CONTENT. 0 to do outside of raid, no WSG grind, no reason to log in at all. raidlogging is bad for the health of the game. The second thing I'd partially agree with is the runes. There should have been more of them. Why 3 slots, 4 runes, now 2 slots, 3 runes? felt lackluster overall. Specific to steady shot, be thankful it sucks. It's an opressively designed skill and has been hated for years. It's either too good and you never press anything else during filler. Or its terrible and you never press it (thankfully we got this version). I've relayed this in my survey back to them. Steady shot SHOULD remain bad. It's so poor designed. Just single button hunter effectively.

  15. Iam pretty sure the 1 week lockout in p3 is done so people dont feel forced to log on so often and can play Cata. I would understand it at 60 with zg/aq20 so u dont have to raid 3days a week but in p3 i feel like with 1 raid a week there not much to do

  16. I don't think you're ever going to be happy man… It's people like you who pushed BLizz into the retail direction. I'm perfectly happy with SoD so far… Sure, some improvements absolutely, but it's been great.

  17. Glad to see a new video, missed your content. I was all set to give up on hunter for P2, but then melee popped off and I gotta say I'm enjoying it more than I thought. Is it an easy spec to play? Sure, but what isn't in Classic really. It's a new way to play a class I've been maining for almost 20 years now and I enjoy topping the meters.

    NGL, I was stalking your parses in P2 and saw you go from melee to range and then you disappeared 😢. I was bummed because I was using your parses as my goal to reach. Hope you have more fun in P3 and can't wait for your new videos.

  18. We get it. You played hunter, warrior and druid. Paladins have it worse than all of them though. I hope we get some buffs. Faction balance right now is ridiculous due to shamans being monsters and paladins being prey.

  19. Love split boss fights, menagerie too. It could be improved alot imo tho, maybe with shields and egha that really matter… I like the sheep aswell (tho it should have a threatmeter where it could only focus healers or something so there was a counter-kite thingy) and the randomness of the breath.
    1-3rd boss is shit.
    4the and 6th is 6.5/10 max
