33:00 if you want the lore, you're going to need to click on NPC dialogues instead of ignoring them mate. For example, just a bit later at 34:34 see that second option? That's a lore option you are ignoring. She tells you what she knows of the "fish people".

Honestly, if you are pressing X so much key bind it to an ability 😛 For example, my X button is a "defensive" cool down (I.e. ice block, paly bubble, turtle) for all my characters just for that reason.
Fun fact: The people of this Arathi empire are actualy racists. By that i mean, they think just like the Scarlet Crussade: Non-human races are impure. Also whoever that doesn't follow the light.
There's a dialog between Anduin and Faerin, where he expresses his desire to see Faerin's motherland, the Empire… and she responds saying "That is not realy a good idea. You may be received "ok" but your friends would not be realy welcomed… Here in Hallowfall, we can't realy be picky… choosers can't be beggars after all… but the people in the Empire are not that… desperated"
