Covenant: Bastion – Divine Toll

The aim of this build is the benefit as much as possible from the bubble given by first avenger. With the legendary giving a 50% chance at resetting Avenger’s Shield & Divine Toll instantly hitting upto 5 targets, this is proving to be a strong build.
