  3. In the HEROIC version of the raid, the Sha of Fear has a final stage where he teleports you to another realm and you have to fight some adds and don't let "fear" overcome you.
    That circle you saw under the water is the area you fight him in, just that he teleports you there. There is no water btw. Is like a dark void. You MAY be able to make it there swiming, not sure.
