WoW Shadowlands 9.1 – New Mythic Plus Tormented Affix | Lieutenant Mechanics

Tormented is the new Mythic+ affix for season 2 in patch 9.1!

Defeat the 4 Lieutenants throughout the dungeon to be given a choice of anima powers from each one.

The anima powers are a fixed selection from each Lieutenant, depending on your role (Tank/DPS/healer), so once you know which you prefer it should save you time for future keys.

If you don’t kill one, some, or all of the Lieutenants, then the final boss of the dungeon will have a harmful aura(s) that corresponds to each Lieutenant that you didn’t kill. The auras are as follows:

Executioner Varruth
– Reduces all healing done by 50%

Soggodon the Breaker
– Players take 50% increased damage

Oros Coldheart
– Slows players movement speed by 50%

Incinerator Arkolath
– Deals fire damage to players every 3 seconds
