The Crimson Dredwing Pup has a low chance to drop from the following mobs in Revendreth:

– Famished Fangling
– Starving Dredbat
– Fiendish Terrorwing
– Fanged Dredbat
– Dire Evedweller
– Shrieking Evedweller
– Fangling
– Fanged Dredbat
– Harika the Horrid (rare)
– Ravenous Dreadbat (Sanguine Depths dungeon)

I think I got lucky with only 187 attempts!
