  1. ngl i only boost my alt tanks now, trying to tank for randos who have never heard of threat is a nightmare. literally charging ahead of me, focusing mobs that arent marked with skull, aoeing before i get hit or i can hit the mob, so i have zero rage to taunt or build threat. its honestly crazy anyone still tanks, those people should definitely work with special needs kids irl because they have a whole different level of patience.

  2. I love how people always misremember the past and dont fully understand the reasoning. If they had loot lockouts back 2004, you would have gotten just as many people peacing out. It was only because you had instance lockouts people begrudgingly continued on but you can believe half those people were immediately blacklisted from being invited again the following week.

  3. I was playing on a Wotlk server for months, it took me 3 months to find a guild which can oeganize a raid properly and completing weekly LK. All i was asking for is a group with 3hours of free time on a friday evening.

  4. Shoot I remember Everquest having do to Planes of Hate and Fear, etc. Had over 50+ people raids, took awhile to set up and well wipes happened they only gave us more desire to push forward. Not knocking WoW as I love WoW to, but this video is on point.

  5. My first time raid was at ICC. Wiped out no less than 3 times on every boss but damn we are persistent. Took more than 4 hours just to make it to Sindragosa before we catch a break and continue for the next day. What an amazing introduction for me to wow raid

  6. This generation would absolutely hate a 40 man Everquest raid. Start at 8pm, maybe get done around 2, 3 am. Generally cause you wiped at least twice and had to spend an hour to corpse run, rebuff and set up again after each wipe…..oh those where the glory days I tell you.

  7. That's annoying, but so is this…

    First Orb HR for Tank….

As a healer, I carry the paper warrior on my shoulders through Strath so he can feel great and get his orb first.

I also had to buy my own water because there is no Mage in the group and the fights take so long that I also have to use mana potions.

    Healer minus 10Gold…

Tank acts like the hero and get the Orb… no other drop…

    -.-

  8. Happens more and more on every mmorpgs it seems. Have played WoW for years while playing others like FF14, and left WoW when i started to see people acting like this, but now even 14 is filled with this kind of behaviour. That's just sad, with patience it would be easy to play with strangers, but now on any games you have to find a whole team who have the same mentality, wich takes sometimes way more time than it takes to do the raid.

  9. oh no wonder when i started play WoW 3 years ago, there already toxic peoples, when my first time to do raid idk nothing how to play and my guild leader mad at me and kicked me from the party instead teaching me how to raid after i complain it that's when he want to teach me, he should tell me how to raid first before, it hurt getting kicked from the party 😂

  10. It doesnt matter id you play classic again. That new classic classic theyve relainched recently. It wont ever be the same experience. Ppl have changed.

Personally i feel more aupport and positive vibes playing cata classic. Cuz most of old school player with patience are there.

Those who never acheived something in 2k19, stopped midway or have some personal issues unresolved came back to fresh classic.

  11. Yes, that's true because nowadays everyone can play and we're no longer allowed to criticize the game. Now everything is full of foreigners and kids who have the account from mom and dad. Unfortunately, it's very bad

  12. Min max over fun. If you mess up even in a 5 man people will leave. Summons over flying. Speed levels hard reserves. It’s not about fun it’s about producing. Acting like in 2004 people kept spread sheets counting dispells decurses all button clicks during the boss fight

  13. First time in Black Temple we wiped on Illidan over 30 times. At that point about a quarter of the raid bailed. The rest of us devised a new strategy accounting for the missing players and we brought him down with only two of us still up. The glaive dropped too btw which made it all the sweeter. Losers bail, winners keep trying.

  14. Its right now or i don't have time for this. Even though it's what I want to do….I dont mind saying it. But cry baby kids are ruining the game. Not everything or really much of anything in real life happens the first or second or third time.
