unpopular opinion but having powerful racials is what gives the races more flavor. If you were to homogenize another aspect of the game, it would be much more boring. I think WoW is already catering to high end players and cutting racials would just make casual players mald. High end players just choose what does the highest dps anyway and casual players don't really care if a race does marginally higher dps than them, and some races are more defensive. The top to bottom difference of 13k is like 3.3%, which is a lot but def not enough to say that it matters too much for mid to low end players (not like classic). But I also like that some races forsake some combat ability for more quality-of-life racials. I don't think it's too much of a problem outside of pvp. I'd rather have what we have now than to go the scorched earth approach of making all of them irrelevant.
