  1. That makes no sense blaming Brexit because France in the EU if you want to stay in the EU. They complain about the EU. But complain about being out the EU. Yeah…. make up your mind. Oh it was Jason Schier who said it was Brexit wow anti-Brexit guy blaming Brexit surprise.

  2. It makes sense blizzard was sjw. It did after all donate 4 million to black only charities. Wow, so progressive segregation. That will teach that vile guy that said race doesn't matter Martin Luther King and his ideals of non-segregation.

  3. When throttling gameplay becomes a core mechanic it’s a sad day.

One of many major changes specifically centered around preventing how quickly a player can process content by simply slowing them down vs meaningful and challenging game mechanics.

  4. I had this feeling that EU WoW is going to suffer. It's already happening. When Shadowlands prepatch launched, we could not play for three days, because either servers were down or people got DCed constantly. US launch was smoother I imagine

  5. There's obviously a lot of details regarding the merge

    But

BLIZZARD JOINING ACTIVISION IS THE MOST SMOOTH BRAIN BULLSHIT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE FUCKING LIFE. Talk about making a deal with the fucking devil.

  6. Borrowed power and progressive raiding? Its a pay to win game now, in order to go down that route you would have to get rid of the whole wow token system and lets face it, as long as Activision is running the show that will never happen.

  7. Why are they allowed to eat and drink in arena at all? One second i'll grab a quick bite to eat while this bloke is trying to skewer me with a sharp piece of metal. i mean why not? Nothing could make arena any worse.

  8. the point is every expansion is like a new season in D3. thats way you feel that you lose all your progress. But you dont lose them, it melts into something called EXPERINCE so you lvld your SKILL to play the game. GRATZ! DING! aoe explosion.

  9. I don't understand people crying about Sylvanas kicking the ass of Bolvar. Bolvar is strong cuz he has Jailors toy helmet, while Sylvanas is strong cuz Jailor himself gave her borrowed power of Maw covenant. So basically Bolvar had a legendary but hasn't joined the covenant, easy.

  10. Ok on the mana thing with drinking and how classes have changed, maybe blizzard should reevaluate the fact that only healers care about mana now. As a former warlock main I was devastated that there solution was to simply make mana management a redundant issue and instead of pre planning life tap to ensure my mana was available for my future rotation correctly I was given insane regen making me question why I even have mana since it plays no importance to my game play. This not only rendered part of my ui redundant since there was no reason to ever look at my mana bar but also removed a lot of skill based decision making both in pve and pvp. Prior to this change spamming fear was very taxing on mana which in turn meant lost health and valuable GCDs later that could be punished for an aggressive play. This same stem of thinking seems to of branched across many classes and I feel it's fair to say

Dear blizzard, look at the cause of the issues before trying to rectify them. And evaluate mistakes rather than sweep them under the rug, we players do see how you destroy good game design and do notice your refusal to admit mistakes made (like demomology warlock overhaul, it's still a god awful design and you still won't admit it was way better in past because demonhunters were good $$$ selling point)

  11. "Capitalism" – Well, how capitalistic is it that the government rolls over you, prohibits you from being outside or having your business run normally, or at all? Does this sound like "Capitalism" to you? This is pure government coercion, pure authoritarianism – that is the opposite of Capitalism. Blizzard is crumbling, and the government only makes it harder for them by preventing them from cutting their losses.

And how "worker friendly" is it if you are taxed into oblivion because of all these socialist programs, that ultimately transfer the money of working people to everyone else not working – or worse: Working for the government? Maybe living under the boot with "protection" is WORSE than living in more liberty with a higher income and more self-determination?

  12. I can see why blizzard wouldn't want to keep every single bit of power to prevent powercreep, but they're still doing a really bad job of preventing powercreep either way and that's natural in RPG style games… Just make sure you scale the content accordingly and don't only buff but also nerf some stuff along the way. Like asmon uses PoE for the example here, they tend to design content as a beta test pretty much to see if it can go core at some point. Usually, it will go core the league after, sometimes like in harvest, it will have to wait a while.
Sure, it adds a certain power creep to the game. Sure, you'll have to nerf things and scale content to be harder at some point. But all that considered PoE is still inherently a better-designed game than Diablo 3, it's not even a competition anymore at this point. Why? Chris Wilson cares about meaningful content and player feedback, that's why. Now PoE is having a major struggle with performance lately, but they do a beta test every 3 months, that's a new beta before they even fixed the problems in the old one entirely, because they need that mtx money to keep making all this innovative content. Now with the monthly subscription model on WoW AND the fact you have to pay for every expansion on a yearly basis AND they still have mtx in the game AND the fact their rotation is 4 times slower, I see no reason why Blizzard wouldn't be able to pull off a design philosophy like this and not have things break in the process. Blizzard has the time, personnel and resources to knock it out of the park so not doing so is always gonna feel like a poor design choice to me. They choose for the game to be worse than it could be.

  13. 15:15 "that's good for arena!"… arena is a minute part of wow.. messing up the gameplay of the rest of the game to improve tiny shard of it – bad.

come on, lich king killing sylvanas? PLEASE. (vanilla undead here) none of the bosses or kings/warchiefs could or can.
    alliance, go raid UC 😀

  14. When micro transactions made their way into the game it became evident that Activision had sunk its claws in. Activision was not supposed to have any control over the direction of WoW but it is clear that they have heavily influenced WoW. Unfortunate because the more control activision has the worse their developers games get. Can't wait to buy 100 loot boxes so I can win the WoW
