Good point this week is to be careful with stunning low hp mobs since you only really want to do that if the tank is trying to separate mobs (the slow on imprison conduit is especially strong this week to help you separate mobs)
For healers try to be very very careful with the storming if your at close range for whatever (first weaver holy pally or resto sham using cds)
If you can try to move the mobs before one of them dies since theres around a 2 sec delay till it starts healing (quick note is that general kael from SD gets less healing from sanguine so it's not as scary as it would seem)

I would say though that bigger pulls can be more frustrating this week due to sanguine can be weird and start moving around randomly (my guess is lag) however will gen be easyer them bolstering due to the target cap on most spells
