  2. The warlock Nerf is not something they all of a suddon came up with. I bet its a case of blizzard listening to streamers/contentcreators. A lot of wowyoutubers has asked for nerfing of Destro lock, most of them with humor (except Izen hart who was pretty salty). Personally I hoped they were done with the last minute "shaking the bag" in legion. I really hate when they make significant changes in the middle of- or late season. Sure turn down the volume a bit if a spec is too overtuned, but let it play as it does the season out – this other way of doing things is just frustrating, not only for the player but also their team, as you mentioned. Instead they should perhaps be better at rotating the meta season to season (or expansion to expansion).

    And yes I still believe that they should seperate the tuning systems, so they can be balanced differently depending on the content.

  9. I am not going to claim that destro nerfs are not deserved but I completely agree that the timing is complete bs by Blizzard on this one.
    Echo had their push weeks on forti and tyra and now they are nerfing the top dps spec of this m+ season, by that much that in practice it caps and limits currently highest keys where they are. I am fairly certain that if these nerfs go through as they are, we will not see any higher key timed (aside from maybe a necrotic wake meme dungeon or something) as a 20-25% overall nerf on destro dps is gonna practically gonna make each key feel around 1 level higher (more or less).

    This literally fucks up all ppl that are currently trying to push 29-31s that started doing serious m+ a few weeks later in the season (mostly due to relatively slower raid progression and character gearing). Also every person that plays a fotm character or is a lock main that would have swapped to a fotm spec in different circumstances gets completely screwed.

    These warlock nerfs were needed IN PTR! Thats what the PTR is for!! To fix such issues.
    Once u let the situation go through though, especially what, 3-4 months into the season now? You cant simply change it as much like its nothing mid-season. It is just a big mistake. And u cant fix one mistake with doing an even bigger mistake….
    Just apply these nerfs right before or at the beginning of S4.
    Its totally unfair to people who actually decide to push keys rn and have planned accordingly for it. As mentioned in the video, its a slap in the face.

    tldr: nerf is not undeserved, but the timing??? completely weird and stupid decision at this point Blizzard…

  10. i main a lock and i welcome nerfs because lets be real and its ok for nerfs but when they nerf any shit they usually nerf it until the spec is unplayable. their devs are incompetent and look at their note citing "we have crazy shard gen and it needs to be controlle…" just ttrying to look smart lmao….

  11. The timing is so terrible even though nerfs are justified. Should've fine three months ago or season four. Key pushing is done for a lot of people this Tuesday with how reliant we were on destros obscene output

  12. I am so happy for the destruction nerf. No spec should be that OP for that long. But I hope they will still be considered "strong enough" to be a good pick. Just not miles ahead of any other spec.

  15. hey on the halls echelon 2nd boss, is there an easy way to see who has the decurse circle on your frames? I have trouble clicking the actual characters in time to decurse the person with the circle. any tips?
