I have not expected to see this, it's like Christmas! If you come back for DF that alone will make the xpack a success man.
honestly, wow is a bit of a mess currently in shadowlands, it's balance is all over the place and getting randomly globalled even through UR and other defenses on other specs too is still pretty present, but with that being said, Dragonflight just from the stuff on Alpha is looking pretty good
Hopefully you give it a try going forward now that they "seem" to be listening a bit more to player feedback and pushing the game in a better direction

Good luck. It seems all the old WoW players who jumped to FFXIV are mostly abandoning XIV for WoW again with Dragonflight. Hope it's actually good for them and doesn't let them down again. I was done with BFA and am not going back myself.
About time for some Cob and Sophie wow action again..!? I too hate the incinerate new effect and sound.. it lacks the oomph! the roar of flames. You're suppose to be lighting the enemy up for dang sake! Make it sound so too! Same with immolate. New cbolt looks ok though. Hope they fix those too in DF.
Other classes like rogue also needs their bloodgushes and sounds back..! 8] Rupture just feels wrong atm..
