  1. Oh yeah! The weekend just stepped another 200%! Do you have any plans in store for another quest chain adventure with the first person-storytelling? I love those!
Have a great weekend! Greetings from Norway!

  2. Don't forget that the apple trees are also part of a quest to get cider for the king (which has been since Cata, so it just changes who the king is currently) 😀

Also, my head-canon for Azeroth equivalent to Germans are goblins. Really good at mechanical things and there was that subplot in Uldum with the whole Indiana Jones inspired quests with goblins led by Commander Schnottz and his Schnottz Sea Troopers. Blizz gave his dialogue an extremely thick German accent.

  3. Nice videos! Maybe skip saying “here on your map” all the time? I’m not trying to be a douch but it’s quite annoying and doesn’t add anything since you already mark the places you speak of clearly on the map. It… dumbs it down a bit 🙂

  4. So many of your animated yellow squares when introducing the areas on the city map are in the completely wrong places. Rest of the video is great though. I mainly play horde so a lot of these references are new to me! I like the bioshock infinite one the most

  5. Good video. It seems that WoW's lore is just references to pop culture media than it is actual lore. Compared to FF? Idk how this style of storytelling will have an impact on game design.

  6. I don’t find most of the video to be of secrets… should retitle it to: Things about Stormwind you were too busy to notice.” Secrets would be like talking about the rare alligator in the waterways, and the rare kid who sells the white cat.

  7. Supposedly from what I have heard at one point…Lordaeron was where most people would be considered German. Don’t remember where I heard it though so take it with a grain of salt.

  8. I've noticed a depressing trend in these videos where NPCs or areas used to serve a unique or important purpose in Vanilla WoW but no longer serve any purpose in Retail. Class quests, weapon masters, iconic questlines, etc. Reminds me that Vanilla felt more in-depth and immserive than Retail.

  9. Dungar Longdrink is actually just a really tall dwarf.

On a more serious note, Elizabeth Birdsong also used to have her pinky finger shortened, true to the game. They obviously didn't think to fix that when they redid the models in WoD, but that's a little detail that I somehow remember, despite it being years ago.
So yeah. They really did put way too much effort into that reference lmao.

  10. Do you take advice? If so, consider cutting down on "here, on your map". Seriously, you say it so often (>15 times in this video) that it becomes super annoying and distract from the story
You highlight the location on the map, so what's the point of doing this at all?

Other than that, great stuff, as usual!

  11. Great video, I am glad to see you upload again and there was some stuff in this video I didn't even notice before in stormwind, However I have some criticism but it's really minor. I guess it's just an editing error but and 9:02 when talking about Dungar Longdrink the flight master the square you highlight on the map is actually in the wrong area as it's closer to where the Demon Hunters are in the mage district. I noticed this happened some other times in the video. Mistakes happen, I get it but just thought I should point this out. Otherwise it's a great video and I am looking forward to seeing more of your content. Cheers.
