  1. Saw a few zombies… Trolling Marris Stead.
Saw a single zombie… in Orgrimmar… surrounded by over 40 players escorting it.
Saw a dozen zombies in Icecr…. oh… nevermind.

  2. a couple of things: 1. you can fight Nathanos again right away and get loot. I did it twice. 2. I hate the rare that fears you and does damage how do you mitigate that damage at all if you aren't a tank..

  3. Huh. I didn't know there was a cinematic. I didn't die, but I also didn't have the quest yet; so either you need the quest to trigger it the first time or DBM autoskipped it the FIRST time through. Naughty DBM, I bet.

  4. I think anyone who feels the need to stop, use the Gamon and World Shrinker toys and then mount up to simply block other people's access must have the smallest penises ever. they are definitely compensating for something

  5. I think people are expecting Blizzard to roll out perfect content because of how bad BFA was. People also seem to forget that they are in major crunch time trying to make sure SL is as good as it can possibly be. Yes, BFA was a huge bust. Blizzard knows this and seem to be doing their absolute best to not repeat that mistake. So, cut them a break with the pre patch. It's not perfect. In fact, it's really not all that great. But I personally am willing to sit through one more week of it for the sake of what's on the horizon.

  6. The event really is pretty lackluster. Was hoping for the chaos of scourge invasions like in Vanilla again.

However, really did like the crowds around the quest NPCs. Reminds me of how good this game was before Sharding.

  7. Tips:
Raretracker and Raretracker Icecrown gives you a nice list in order of the rares and you can even announce in chat their location with the pin feature.
RareScanner will show you their locations on the map, change colors when they are up and show you the next boss.
Rares are now on a 10 minute timer, so goodbye doing quests in between, but hello to twice as many chances at that bag and the Blue Proto-drake.

I went through the portal last night and came out a zombie…a warlock was standing close by and screaming, "EXPLODE!, EXPLODE!" I finally found the button and almost killed him.

  8. Am definitely one of those that is enjoying the pre-patch activities, especially killing Nathanos and the IC nostalgia. It’s not the best ever by any means but it’s fun for a bit and to gear my chrome-time alts. For 2020, this is a good effort by Blizz imo.

  9. Neither me or my husband died and didn't get the cinematic, though that tell tale small lag blip happened which got me to check it there was meant to be one luckily.

  10. I actually don’t mind the prepatch event. It’s not a huge event that takes a ridiculous amount of time. As a person with a full schedule, I appreciate this. It was fun enough for the new content and to get some catch up gear. I’ve enjoyed it. 👍🏻
