I've been farming Sha since Pandaria released and still haven't gotten it. If they wanna sell it to me, hells yeah.
Can you also get the bfa mounts which are placed in the cursed pandaria area?? That would be great.
Deff not happy about it, I feel like mount hunting has become worthless, all of us who have spent days, weeks, months and even years grinding for rare world boss mounts and raid mounts and now people can just come in and get them in a day from events like this or tw cache and quantum coursair… I’m happy for the people that are happy about it but I just feel like it ruins the fun of mount hunting and getting something rare.. that feeling you get from a drop you have been grinding for months deff won’t be what you feeling when just buying from a vendor.. 🙁

Holy shit they are just giving mounts away now? This sucks first the slime cat and now heavenly onyx???? Nothing is gonna be rare. AlI that time spent farming my 967 mounts means nothing. Thanks blizz
You see one of these rare mounts you get motivated to go and start farming them. Giving out free stuff like that just kills the motivation to do anything and just wait it out for a easy handout.

Imagine people who farm sha like over 2k times, still not have it. and then here i come, and just buy it. I think this is nice in one way cause i will get more mounts. But some should just be hard to get. Thats what make so many mount so cool and respectful when you see someone have it. Whats the point then to make any mount hard to drop? if suddenly few years later you can get them in a shop…..
I'm very happy about it. Yes, I like farming for mounts, but farming coins also counts as working/grinding towards it. I've been trying to get the mount from Elegon for years, and if it's on the vendor I will definitely be getting it. For the people that don't like it: just don't get the mounts and stop letting other people's actions affect your fun.
I had a guildmate who had over 2K kills on the Sha of Anger and never saw the mount drop.
Yeah Huolon was such a pain to get, I decided to do it in Chromie time. Took around 250 kills. The droprates for the WB mounts have been increased, so don’t agree to putting them up for sale. They should add Raid Achievements mounts, like where you need 5 ppl to do. Or the catching the egg achievement. But in the end it’s just time you spend to get the mounts, so farm bronze boys and girls. Still looking forward to this event, interests me much more than plunderstorm
as someone with 770+ mounts collected, i am really looking forward to this, i dont mind that someone gets to save years worth of killing the same mob over and over again, the more mounts the better…
…also its nice to see new colors and models brought into the game, always confuses me when people say it devalues something (if i got it on kill one with insane RNG or kill 2443 (invincible) its still "devalued" if someone else gets it…i am happy with more people having the mounts, but i guess thats just me
ppl are such complainers. a VERY small % of players spent alot of time farming these mounts, MOST players spend alittle time, and let it go when the didn't get it after a few attempts. we don't reallllllly care about the small % that decided to spend their free time, on farming mounts in wow. sorry, not sorry.
Sickening. All those hours people have put into getting mounts — leave their trophies alone.
There won’t be any good rare mount any more because eventually you will probably be able to by every mount sell out I feel
This royally pissed me off. I worked my ass off on loads of toons for HOURS a week, and weeks on end to get all the Panda mount drops. Now they are just going to let the scrubs buy them? WTF is the point of having rare and exclusive mounts of any idiot can buy them. Why don't they just put all the mounts in the shop and let people buy them?
I farm mounts. Have thirty plus alts I can use to constantly farm for some drops. Have all of the cloud serpents, etc. Lot of hours lots of grinds and now seems like a pointless waste of effort. The mount wow effect will be completely gone. They going to do the same either all the pvp mounts? A much better thing would be to offer new mounts.
