Though I like the Nightfae for my druid since it would fit the theme more, I love the Venthyr abilities, so I guess I kinda have to go with that one even though a vampire themed atmosphere doesn't make sence for my druid. Everyone knew this was gonna happen, but Blizzard thinks they can balance everything

  2. If your playing boom I don't know how I can't take the vamps. Blink plus dps is a win. I wonder if the new starfall fix counts as an ability so it's doesnt backfire on you.

  3. Another abilities that grand every covenant 2 points
    On top Necrolords with 15 points, on bottom Kyrians with 8 points, in a middle Venthyr 12 and Night Fae 11 points
    But i still fear 99% people will go to Venthyr only couse that teleport as sygnature ab
    I hate people with "take whats the best" mind set, don't make their own decisions and don't use their own fucking brains

  4. Hey Dalaran, let me ask you. Will there be any way to "test" those abilities before choosing the covenant ? I mean, will we be allowed to do some experimentation before accepting a covenant or we need to take one before having the abilities ?

  5. That ravenous frenzy ability is stupid as fuck as soon as you use that in pvp you will get stunned and then they are going to stand there and type /lol as you blow yourself up…

  6. I wish the soul shape forms was given to the druid like artifact appearances but for travel form. Sucks cause I want to go nightfae but lets be honest unless it gets buffed it wont really be viable for high end pve content. Then I come back to the age old question. Aesthetics or strength? This the same problem i had when i was making druid on alliance i could choose between worgen aesthetics or nelf's passives especially shadowmeld it comes in clutch sometimes

  7. I hope they fix the Night Fae abilities cause I really wanted to go that for my druid 🙁
    But right now I just can't see it being useful in its current state.

  8. I'm hoping that when it says for Night Fae it "favors" your current spec it means it will put out as much of the 16 spaces into your current spec. So if you are in a group of 5 and are resto spec it will use 5 spaces for Rejuv, 5 for regrowth and then the remaining 6 for random other ones.
    I hope anyway as if it is this way I can see its value and I will be happy to pick Night Fae for the look and abilities for my druid.

  9. Ok i’m just gonna say it. All these druid class abilities suck when you compare them to for example warrior, dk, dh or rogue abilities. Like the night fae one is the worst of them all. It’s like epileptic seizure with random effects

  10. TO ALL DRUIDS/video maker please read regarding Necro: while I agree with you it looks fun and quite cool, I think you missed out interactive it might be. While ven/night are long CD's, the swarm has a 25 sec cd and bounces around – meaning when it's on an enemy (say a boss) and it comes off cd, you can throw it onto an ally/yourself, so when the one on the boss jumps off to an ally, the one you cast on your ally will then jump to the boss. You can realistically have massive uptime on bosses if you're smart and cast on either boss or ally first depending on where your current one is. This furthermore provides interesting interaction say in mythic+, between pulls if its off CD you can throw it on an ally to get it on CD and when you jump in combat it will then jump onto an enemy on the next pack. You could easily get 2 swarms bouncing around on packs, and between allies, which may provide a lot of off healing even as feral/boomy.

    Indeed the swarm seems the weakest for Bear, with the 20% dot/hot aspect being quite weak, but the hot itself scales insanely high with SP (240%), meaning it could still be one of the best defensive options for the passive healing it provides on a short CD. MORE importantly, I don't think it matters too much if it may be weaker for Guardian, because the Fleshcraft shield will be far more beneficial to Guardian over feral/bal/resto. IMAGINE this: channeling on the pack you just killed, and going into the next pack with a 50% absorb. Remember what makes Guardian bad… its being weak on pull without ironfur stacks. This has HUGE potential here. Also lets be real besides the teleport does venthyr ability etc even look that great for Guardian? Seems like more a DPS cd.

    TLDR; necrolord swarm is by far the most interactive, you'll be constantly engaged and tracking it. It may seem a bit weaker for Guardian, but Fleshcraft will be by far more beneficial for Guardian than fer/bal/resto. Swarm probably makes for some amazing dot builds for both Feral (especially that 20% dot damage) and Boomy (the huge scaling with SP), and needless to say looks incredibly strong for Resto both tank/ST healing and dot damage if you can rotate your swarms effectively and keep 2 up constantly.

  11. If the healing from the insect swarm is in any way even remotely good then I'm going necrolord guardian. The necrolord shield is lovely for starting fights and offtanking. Insect swarm will start as a 30 second cd hot on myself that will later increase my thrash and moonfires when they're rolling. This sounds better than a 3 minute oh shit button that locks me out of other abilities for four seconds. The ONLY thing that could convince me otherwise is if night fae travel form made my pve movement at demon hunter levels while simultaneously also NOT shifting me out of bear to do it.

  12. I dont think dots are that awesome….they dominate some gameplay while absurdly pointless in every other content…pls think about this blizzard. Some classes dont have the option to switch in and out from dot and onto direct damage like your fucking beloved shitty warlock.
