how on earth…. Having a class that stuns you for straight 10 secs…. 6 sec and then 3 and then 2…. with all that damage and jumpy shit. and we still have to stand still to cast shit… I've noticed sometimes you forget to reapply Earth shield/ lighting shield. You could try running spirit wolf (so you get 20% damage reduction for opener) and lighting shield against rogues. Earth shield healing becomes useless with all that crazy burst. 2k (tops) of healing is nothing IMO.
I've had some crazy arenas where I just get lots of Malestrom out of lighting shield and I also run Windspeakers lego so I get a decent instant burst with a primordial+ earth shock+ echo+ lava burst. My point is: We are such an RNG class omg… we depend on a 10% chance to not suck at PVP. We are the most RNG class of all.
If he is in smokeomb / outranges you, he always goes for sstep+kick..i think good idea would be to capacitor on yourself then heal..if he ssteps and gets capacitor stun you gotta free hex.

earth shield lego, earth elemental conduit, healing stream totem conduit to increase healing surge, healing surge 50% on yourself pvp talent, healing surge on yourself conduit.
All that shit makes one healing surge to heal up 10k sometimes. More with crits.
all you need is to cast fleshcraft in front of him and being kick in shadow, just spam healing surge youre fine.
showing this to me just make sadder，I have found that the rate for shaman to win a rouge is barely less than 25%，which is insanely unfair. Its been nearly through all years since WoW released，except for a few windfury day. however, its not Elemental. Elemental cannot fight with preist，rouge，warlock，mage，hunter，demon hunter，monk. Yes，I am not joking，you try，and you see how weak shaman is. Comparrd any other class. In all aspects. Healing still not topmost. basically，with same fighting experience，techniques，and gears and environment，you will found out shaman is like a toy that everyone plays on and throw，laughing and thenjoking about. And its a damn I love this so much that I would not even want to switch. Waited for 10 years and shaman is still as bad as it stays as a slave.
