  1. Dude I have not had as much lag in my life as I have during this prepatch event. This is completely insane and unacceptable. How can it be so bad? wtf man, its just sad. Billion dollar company with so many years of experience and still lag all over the place.

  2. I was only able to complete each of the mini events once for the 200 echoes reward per rotation as of yesterday after that I couldn't see the event mobs/items anymore, I was able to kill the boss multiple times for 1400 echoes per time though.

  3. This is the first pre expansion event where I'm just not playing, and nobody from my guild is either. People connect once a day, do a boss if it is spawning soon, then just leave. How can they have messed this up so much? We used to have great events, like the Iron tide, the Legion invasion and even the Dragongflight pre patch was pretty good. Having a new dungeon to run is also such a boon and I have no idea why we couldn't get one this time. Just overall Meh.

  4. Lol ngl I totally forgot about the prepatch after trying the event the first day. Did people not mention this event sucked in beta? Did no one play it? I don't get how they released it in this state. 60 minute timer is too long still. At least the boss event changes are good.

  5. Thank you Kelani for all the videos and your explanations. What you are doing is making it more fun for me to play. I'm not into raids or dungeons. I just go along my merry way with questing. I am liking WOW more. Thanks again!

  6. Shocking how fast and significant these changes are. But just like Remix, they just need to double or triple all rewards for every event they make. They'd be shocked at how many more people would stay subbed, even if they're not playing every minute of the day.

  7. This event absolutely needed a total revamp it was so ass and impossible to do before.
And yeah I agree for sure this worried me quite a bit for what it means for the new expansion. Because if the entire expansion is designed in the same poor way its going to be a very bumpy xpac.

  8. i really want to freaking know how the fuck people play alts because i tried to play a new class but i cant play it because all lvl 10 characters i created dont have spec spells in their spellbook while its funny to see other specs future spells…

  9. IDK what you mean by its a slippery slope to funnel currency to your main. And I have been using alts the first memory completed gives champion gear and the 2nd gives the quest with currency why is that a bad thing since you get a free piece of gear on each alt and more currency?

  10. I think they're doing it on purpose.

Launch a new thing in a pretty lousy state, immediately patch it to be good. The point is to make it seem like they're listening and working with the community more. Of course if they were actually doing that they would have ironed all this out in the PTR, but that would be invisible to most players.

  11. Yea I am with you, this being the prepatch is lackluster and concerns me for the quality of the next expansion. I expected more just more. A proper story line instead of just a grindfest.

  12. Hmmm. I just spent half an hour and it still seems boring and pointless. No sign of a boss, but there were some markers for quest, I think. I spent some time with others gathering wood, but it seemed to bug at 90% completion. Hopefully not a sign of things to come.

  13. You do realise don't you that this change flies in the face of what Hazikostas has been prattlnig on about for this entire expansion: Blizzard don't want to create game mechanics that players feel FORCED to play so they don't fall behind .. this one change means the only gameplay to do till TWW releases in the Events 24/7 no other 'catrchp mechanic' comes close now.

It used to be that those with many alts could do this event then go do other stuff till the next one , such as the weekly Valdraken quest, but now there's no 'down time' from this event.

  14. So glad the wow devs are flexible and are ok accepting the fact that, welp well our idea was crap… throw it away and make massive sweeping changes that quickly respond to player feedback
