–PURE ST PRIO LIST–
1) Be Enraged
2) Use recklessness on CD
3) Condemn
4) Bladestorm
5) Rampage (if at 100 rage rampage is #1 prio)
6) Raging Blow (if 2 charges)
7) Bloodthirst
8) Whirlwind

Bladestorm Rules in ST:
1) Make sure to be enraged prior to using Recklessness or Bladestorm (assuming you’re using signet legendary)
2) CANCEL bladestorm if you are above 90 rage, or condemn is off cooldown.
3) Do not cast bladestorm if condemn is off cooldown.
4) Do not cast bladestorm if it is going to overcap you on rage and you don’t intend on cancelling it. (around 50 rage depending on haste and if you’re in reck)
5) Do not cast bladestorm on opener if your target is going to go under condemn range within 8-10 seconds

i almost bought shadowlands today after watching the last vid… i stayed strong
Are you sure that rampage doesn't benefit from its own enrage? Because tooltip says that it first enrages you and then do dmg. Also when I asked in Skyhold Discord people confirmed that rampage doesn't need enrage before casting.
Guide for using properly our utility and defences in m+ and raids would be much appreciated. Also maybe short quick guides with clips from each boss in CN showing tips to optimize cds, rotation etc.
I found you recently and after watching your last video i was waiting for this,I hope this will help me boost my 50% logs
