Just a lil tip: Overpowered talent is nerfed to 33% in PvP, which is only 13% over the regular 20% Arcane Power. Meanwhile Elightened gives you 8% passively, as long as you're above 70% mana.

Arcane to me seems better for PvP than Frost, has more mobility, more survivability, on demand burst that doesn't require RNG, and arguably better sustained damage.
