Imo Echoin should Be like this Not only gives you 7 CB but also makes Your next finisher at the exact CB deals As a arcane Dmg NF itself Is Just not usefull or outlaw rouges Uses the soulbind like koryan For 25% Crit since all players Are goin Haste versa
I like the Venthyr New ability But the Cool down Of it should be Reduce Every time You Use finisher Like shifting Power from mages
