Thanks for posting this. My ElvUI didnt show the fact there is a section only on the left hand side to drop the items so I was struggling!
You go to the location in the video for pvp gear to be upgraded. You have a covenant vendor as well that will upgrade the gear you get for doing your covenant campaign quests.
