  3. The Nightfae Druid one is confusing. The covenant leggo does 3 things. Reduce CD, reduce channeltime and reduce amount of spells cast. If they are only increasing the channeltime, without touching the amount of spells cast, it can be seen as a nerf, since there's a higher chance of it being stopped early due to silences/stuns. (Especially in pvp of course)

  6. Love that last patch they let 3-4 classes have broken covenant abilities/leggos for months but as soon rouges finally begin to be decent after years of d tier they slap it back down before even obtaining the leggo lol
