Give Death Knights an execute phase to go with our burst so we can kill reliably
It's nice to see those changes but I wonder if 5% is enough to see more DKs even in the AWC. Those 2 rounds where Swapxy played UH in the cup felt somewhat lacking. Overall a meta shake up would be nice.
