  6. My guess is Dec 15th with the raid release being pushed to the 12th of Jan. This allows them to still capitalize on Holiday sales, but also gives people time to level, gear and spend time with their families(Blizzard employees as well as the players). It also gives them a little more time to tweak numbers if they release the game and notice that some classes numbers are just still way out of line. I have zero reason to think this is the case beyond the fact that it keeps their original promise of by the end of 2020 release and they never actually said that Shadowlands Season 1 would begin in 2020. On a side note, I would be okay with them pushing the release to 2021. I just want to hear a release date so I know.

  7. Its ok if they fix warrior (my main) 😊 I was choked how slow and weak i felt when pre patch landed, I need to grind on mobs agen, was not like that before… it feels like the scaling was messed up.

  11. Okay.. Blizzard could still release SL in 2021 since they ARE offering preorder refunds for anyone who preordered. The problem is that they have made a commitment to Activision to have SL out by the end of 2020. Bobby boy let them delay the release once. He won't do it again.

  23. Your argument for why it is likely 2020 is invalid. They literally already showed us why, it's called Warcraft Reforged. The game was supposed to be released before 2020 but was delayed. The only legally binding thing is they likely HAVE to refund you if they broke their initial agreement and you request said refund. 2021 for Shadowlands is VERY much so on the table. Also, the fires are literally raging through Irvine CA currently and about half of the city has been evacuated. I am sure this has hurt their workflow. I think Jan 5th is the smartest goal at this point.

  25. Idc how long they delay it as long as its a good expac. I hope it follows classic's example. I like the level squish thing but it doesn't make sense in the long run

  26. As for Google's concerns, the release date of WoW is listed as the 24. Of November. That gives us 4 from now, if Blizz want to release it as the Birthday present. In that case there still is the problem, that 4 weeks forwarded, Raid release would hit Christmas. I dont think they want to do this. But i dont see, them stalling long enough to get to the first of 2021. The time in between is to long

  28. Judging by the state of the beta I'm seriously anticipating a 2021 release. Just way to many bugs and Blizz is still changing systems multiple times a week.
    To be honest I really wouldn't mind. I can't take a week of from work in december because of holiday deadlines and I think that's the case for most people who have a full time job.
