I was doing a World Quest and stumbled upon this absolute gem! They are elites, but you can use the javelin to increase their damage taken by 300%! I tested this and on 90% of my skins I get some sort of uncommon or rare skinning material, which is where the gold is when it comes to skinning!   1. Note: YOU NEED TO HIT THE BELL to actually get into this "phase"! If the World Quest is up, it will show you where the bell is, but it's pretty much exactly where I stand at 9:22 ! I also got rare & uncommon skinning materials on 95% of my skinning attempts! 😀
