I started a spriest in MOP along with every other class and I loved it. Ita been my first toon I level every expac since then so I guess it's my main. No other ranged dps comes even close to as enjoyable as shadow for me. I miss shadow orbs though:/

I stopped playing my spriest main and have been enjoying mistweaver and ele but my goodness I miss watching Publik vids and hanging with the wcpriests community. Best class discord by far.
I love the discussion. You gamers really capture the essence of my thoughts. that said, i would love to see more proc trigs. The shadow apparitions never seem to get to the target in time before its dead. I would replace with shadow tendrils and then give us back a shadow crowd control. There are soooooo many things that could be done with shadow spec, and with shadow form, mainly being shadow form increases speed since the shadows move as fast or faster than the speed of light. A power word shield could be replaced with a shadow presence where the shadow priest can avoid damage or mitigate for themselves and take that shadow mending and instead increase the amount of damage and healing received from our other spells. I could go on and would love to discuss, but hearing you guys speak about the same concerns warms my heart. thanks guys i look forward to more. 🙂
Shadow priest is in such a weird spot. Its my main and I love to play it, but outside of cooldowns and the legendaries, it feels average. If you spec single target, your AoE is pretty bad, but your single target is insanely high with burst. They definitely need to find a better balance for single and AoE but their single target dominance is what makes them viable for mythic+.
They need to hire Publik to replace the recent losing of blizzards shadow priest tuner/expert, dude could do alot for the class
I had a shad priest I leveled to level 40 during BFA. In shad lands I've been making Hunter but I've had my eye on that priest every time I log in.. played it some today, got the quest lines rolling and we'll see! I've always thought shadow priests we're badass
Shadowlands shadow is the worst. The kindest thing I can say about it, is that it’s soooo clunky that it makes me wanna cry. It’s more of a addon spec than a dps spec!
Building and spending resources in chunks is what EVERY class does! The classes are the same. The animations and colours is what sets all the classes apart. Nothing unique.
Great vid! Sadly it’s about something so tragic like shadow priest. We had a lovely and amazing thing in legion/bfa shadow. And now the absolute train wreck of a spec shadow is now. I respect publik’s opinion and work he does for the spriest community. But I can’t disagree harder with what’s fun about shadow.
