First time playing DK. Should I go for Unholy or Frost ? What spec should I learn better ?
Better than Frost for sure in some contents. Unholy has a rippling AoE, consistent minion damage, one of the shortest burst CDs in the game.
Still could use some QoL though like GCD Bloats (RIP Unholy Presence), MAKING GARY BASELINE, bringing back Necrotic Plague and just merging Defile with Pestilence.
Much like Icecap and Obliteration for Frost. >,<

i play all 3 specs via alts and i definitely have the most fun playing Unholy, nothing as badass as having the Scourge awaiting your call and they emerge from the ground to jump your foe.

Psh, yall noobs. Lich king, dual trees. Half down blood and half down center tree. Dual weld high haste with large hits. Half left tree and half center tree. Won't ever be a better play style or damage output then lich king DK.

Never really thought about secondary stats, they are kind of dumb when I do…
I hope Unholy gets a redesign so its more diseased based rather than pet centered. Wouldn't it be awesome to have a devouring plague type of Death Coil? Plaguebringer back speeding up tick rate for diseases?
Being a pet class doesn't fit the Death Knight Theme imo, its a nice side helper but A Death Knight should be able to stand on his own and be a force to be reckoned with, and raising the dead more of demoralizing thing, not something you depend on to win
