Are Sandworn Relics now account bound at the start of the season 4 so they can be traded to the new characters? With the short-lived 50% XP bonus of the last few weeks I have some fresh 60s that could use some gear.

Cannot wait for the demon hunters to fel rush off the train due to pathing bugs again.
I came back to wow for the extra XP just to lvl some alt in case I decide to buy the next Xpac, but I unsubbed already cuz the XP boost is gone in a day or two, so no reason (for me ofc) to stick around.
Season 4 does nothing for me, at least not enough to pay a sub
