I find these videos very relaxing for some reason its a vibe but thank you for the amazing WoW content I find this stuff very interesting!
Friendly suggestion for when you're in snowy areas. Try /console ffxGlow 1 to reduce the intensity of the snow's brightness. Also quite useful in other more reflective places like durotar. Might even help you see the buggy uneven terrain better.

Winterspring doesn't really make sense, but there are no snowy areas near Eastern Plaguelands either. I assume that in the lore, you really are in the Northrend (at least its' version from Vanilla)
