Blizzard has posted 9.1.5 development notes for September 29th which includes a change to the Anima Conductor, an increase to certain profession resources.

Back in Legion, I started running dungeons. I'd never run any before – I was mostly new (last two months of WoD new) and my computer wasn't very good.
My husband advised me, "Always follow the Tank."
I was in the Azshara dungeon, and we were at the cave full of murlocks, and the tank just ran straight through. I did my best to follow, and then suddenly, I flew backwards. I didn't understand what had happened, but "follow the tank." So I ran back towards the cave.
The healer ran past me and through the cave, and then a hunter came out of the cave and dumped every murlock in the cave on top of me, and when I didn't die, he rounded up the rest of the murlocks and came back for a second go.
When I finally died and made it back to the group, they all spit on me and hearthed out.
I cried for two days, and didn't run another dungeon for several months.
It still bothers me.
The culture is toxic – and taking out emotes and images isn't going to fix it. What WILL fix it is moderation that is visible and demonstrates very firmly that such behavior is unacceptable.
Until that happens, take out all the emotes you want… players who are jerks will still be jerks.
