The Carpal battle pet is created by combining 3 different parts, which you can obtain in Maldraxxus.
– The first part is Animated Ulna – this is a reward from a pet battle world quest and is very rare so keep an eye out for it being up!
(Today 25.02.2021 is the first time I’ve seen it up on EU servers since Shadowlands launched! At the moment, the world quest is called Mighty Minions of Maldraxxus, but I believe it can be a possible reward from other pet battle world quests too)
– The second part is Animated Radius – this can be purchased from a vendor called Nalcorn Talsen, who is located near the Theater of Pain at coordinates: /way 50.6, 53.4.
– The third and final part is Flexing Phalanges – you’ll only be able to see the Skeletal Hand Fragments on the ground to collect this if you have the other 2 parts. It can be found at coordinates: /way 47.39, 62.11
When you have all 3, click on one of them in your bags to ‘use’ and combine to create Carpal!

Pet battle team & strategy I used:
(Undead damage) – Sister of Temptation: 2/1/1/1/1/1
(Mechanical damage) – Ancient Nest Guardian: 2/1/1/1/1/1/1
(Magic damage) – Arcane Eye: 2/3

Cheers for the guide and good timing since the Mighty Minions that rewards the animated Ulna was up too.
Still think 250 pet charms was way too much for the vendor item though.
