  1. Regarding adding it to heroic, IMO keep it normal only and add this tech to a revamped trials system with actual boss fights. Ideally, a trial room where you can pick the boss you want training on from ANY dungeon.
ALSO, replace LFR with this!! Imagine being able to just queue up story mode raids solo or with a few friends.

  2. I like how a lot of the recent features focus less on just endgame stuff and more on the rpg side of things, like finally tying up some loose ends, expanding stories or allowing for more customization for players to be able to play their desired character fantasy. This, and hopefully many more in the future will be a much more welcome addition for me personally than a new mythic+ affix or another weekly vault change

  3. Just a note on your thoughts about doing a "big boss" in solo content… SWTOR, in Shadows of Revan, gave you the opportunity to fight the final boss of the expansion solo, with all the various faction leaders and heroes fighting with you. I've heard it can be glitchy, but I've done it a dozen or so times and it's been fine- and this is nine year old tech. That fight required some mechanics by the player- unlike the "solo" mode they have for some dungeons with an overpowered NPC AI.

As you said, FFIV has done this for a while, this is something that it's good to see Blizz finally catching up on.

  4. i am still sceptical about these follower-dungeons though. I remember too good that often npcs are so bad that they are more of a problem than a help in scenarios/dungeons .blackrookhold healer magetower challenge is a good example. Got WAY easier once you could leave the npcs behind

  5. I love this AI dungeon thing. Because I get really bored playing with real people, so I want to train a tank, but people act toxic because I don't know the dungeons and mechanics. At least now I can learn with AI.

  6. The solo dungeons with NPCs would be great. However, the one thing I hate about FF14 is being forced to do dungeons as part of the main story line. Dungeons should an optional thing if you want to do them. Same with raids. You shouldn't be forced to run either; with NPCs or players; in order to finish out the main story line.

  7. They gotta start putting "teaching moments" for big mechanics into quests or something. There are so many key breaking mechanics in m+ that you only know about if you read every boss ability and then connect each of them visually to the fight. Or have an add on yelling at you ab it, great for immersion

  8. How everything Blizz improves is based on a failure done before. There was a Time were the Community was more open to new players and more eager to help. Why should you do now if your MMO graps incognito Members for your group from around the world, you can filter out everyone who will give you the sleightest inconvinience and most people doesn't talk anyways cause of the language barrier and cause of you never see that people again so why even bother when you can drain of an infinite pool of blank people that fits your need.

  9. Quit about a year ago. Have been thinking about coming back for a bit but am already feeling overwhelmed by the "catch up" requirements (likely). If the entire game could be played solo, I would come back in a heart beat!
