this is for +20 and up so dont declined spec low on those list for ur +15 weekly all spec can do +15 if they know they rotation

if u are wondering why havoc DH is more represented despite not performing the best it is because it doesnt require much to perform. it doesntt need procs and only really has 1 CD, meta. plus the utility and magic dmg debuff they bring. im kind of glad the dungeons in shadowlands are so linear and have very little need for invis skips, wouldnt wanna see a return of the double (and some times triple) rogue setup

You can't compare specs without considering the fact that this was the week that a 2nc legendary could be upgraded. So people could play 2 specs on the same toon. It's easy to imagine playing a more mobile spec in ToP and less mobile, but harder hitting spec in SoA.

Ret has yet to be meta in m+ or raid dps. Just delete ret blozz you clearly only see it as a pvp meme.
