  1. How to make WoW 2: Come back from Shadowlands, turns out Azeroth got corrupted/dies from the sword, the world is being consumed by the nightmare or some shit, we escape to a different planet on spaceships like the draenei and start over without factions.

  2. After 10 years we return to Azeroth only to find that it has been overrun by murlocs in our absence. We must now quell the threat of murlocs. Murloc expansion.

  3. Lordaeron belongs to the undead! They are the ex humans of Lordaeron, therefore the rightful citizens of the kingdom. It does not belong to the actual Alliance, you will have your Stormwind and like it.

  4. With the helm of domination destroyed and lost to the shadowlands for 10 years the feral undead will run wild and ravage the land all across azeroth. A new plaguelands will arise and the Brotherhood of the Damned will have been inserted into places of power all over azeroth sowing chaos all the while serving the shadowed whispers of those from beyond, inviting their new dark masters into our domain. Alas all hope is not lost as Azeroth the Titan has been born in our absence and she will aid us in our battles against the Void and their adopted necromancer cult

  5. Shadowlands 2.0 might happen since the both worlds are open. The Jailor might also have plans to take Azeroth by storm. lvl 65 upgrade and will have shadowlands and classic+ feel to it. You heard it first here folks.

  7. id love to see the alliance and horde dissasemble in a way through infighting. some races breaking off. some races getting into fights with others. then the next expansion the alliance and horde are made off of new races.

  8. Maybe they should take extra time between expansions and have a kind of half expansion to fill the void in the middle that sort of calms down the main story and we could go around and deal with a bunch of small little stories all around Azeroth. It makes sense that these giant calamities would cause all kinds of unrest around the world anyways.

  9. Lordaeron was never the Humans' city in lore. The Humans you play as are Men of Stormwind. The survivors of Lordaeron are not numerous enough to be able to settle anything in Lordaeron and the majority probably don't want to go back after having made lives for themselves elsewhere. Going back would be harder for the survivors than just letting the Forsaken keep it. Going back would mean rebuilding a shattered civilization that few probably want to put the effort into.

  10. Players don't care about the lore.
Well of course they don't 80% of the wow playerbase are either cloutchasing or just out for the loot and everything else is irrelevant. There only seems to be 10-20% of the playerbase who actually care about the lore.
Not to mention with how full trade chat always is i'm fairly certain at least 15% of the players don't even play the game outside of trolling in trade.

  11. I don't think 10-30 years is enough, I want like 1,500 years so no one even really remembers the "returning hero". The Heroes come back and are weakened back to level 1, and complete restart.
