  1. I think it would be best if the fonts provide a short stacking healing increase to the boss. So there is a lot of value to it but you need to manage the bonus vs the damage taken. I was thinking lasts 6 seconds stack to 20 or 30, so you would want to try to keep it up all the time but if you have to let if fall it's not an instant wipe. And on Mythic it's a way for the dps to really help heal off the shield.

  2. What might it be like if you needed to have the pedestal/s actively being used to heal the boss? Like the more of the pedestals being used the more healing the boss takes from healers or other mechanics being used. Or even that you need to get a item/object dropped by a add, and use it on the pedestal/s to activate them an allow the boss to be healed. I think getting rid of the pedestals would be odd, and take away from the fight, but making them more a part of the fight intricate to the mechanics could be interesting.

  3. You mentioned that the Soul Infuser adds travel to the pedestals and start channeling, decreasing Kael'thas' HP. The pedestals definitely have to be there, even if the players don't do much healing with them.
