The third War Within tier list is all about ranged dps hero talents and reworks (where they do apply) and boy do we have some insights! At this point, all war within classes have changes and while some are total reworks, some are still bland and basically play the same (Boomkin?)
Our war within ranged rankings will be based purely on what we tested on the war within beta and it will evolve both hero and spec talents. Take it with a grain of salt as every week we get waves of changes but it’s fun to rank them nevertheless!

for affliction, i think rapture is better for aoe as it allows spread cleave. it feels 8.5/10 right now, they need to make every 2 point talent 1 point and make darkglare feel useful in aoe (its fine for st, but could be a bit better) then the spec is fixed. vile taint not lining up with agony isn't awful, you only need to keep it up on 4-5 targets and that's easy when mobs last long enough. hard to test it properly in heroics, same as spriest.

I never liked this change at all, having the same rotation in both aoe and st gets old so fast, I do miss mind sear too. Not to mention how hard it is to balance PL, it’s either broken or dogshit

Balance druid mains agree. Each change just gets worse and worse. All while we watch beauitful reworks to hunters, locks, priests, paladins, etc.
Everytime I think about starting a hunter, I see one of these videos and never gonna do it now 😀
They should give BM hunters some other gameplay. Get one pet for each pet type and constantly summon them and switch between them like pokemon for different bonuses from each type.

Yeah Balance feels like ass. Druid of the Grove is just terrible and the other hero tree barely adds anything. I can pump in DF but on beta I barely do more damage than tanks in single target. wtf is that about?
