  1. it was hilarious standing by the great vault on Tuesdays – all the /say i saw there – it was so hilariously bad ( the comments ) – i thought the entrance to The Maw should be right there at the vault ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

  2. Idk, islands weren't that bad, you could get a whole lot of tmog and mounts from islands, and it was always fun to see just how much i could really pull. Torghast was more fun to play but the rewards didn't really match the effort.

  3. This might be unpopular opinion but I really like that the premises of this expansion is not on Azeroth. Such a breath of fresh air for me (I am not talking about the plot hole, just the general premises of the story).

I love exploring a new planet / realm / dimension because I am so done with Azeroth, that's why I haven't decided yet whether I want to play in Dragonflight or not.

  4. Remember, DURING BFA everyone said they hated it, they wanted nothing to do with it and it was absolutely turble. Now, however, there are many people saying they actually enjoyed it and miss it

NEVER underestimate the fickleness of Wow players.

  6. If it released as 9.2 we'd have no e of these conversations lol, fuckin idiots did the same thing as legion and bfa, waited till last patch to make it awesome and lost everyone, so annoying

  7. First season of SL m+ is the best one so far, good 3rd season for m+.
Pvp at the start of shadowlands was awesome.
Awesome playstyles for multiple classes, shamans, prot paladins and warriors as far as I know.
Great vault is good, but I prefer to get 2 chests per week like in BFA, less chances to get what I want, but better for casuals.

  8. I'll remember it positively forthe cosmetics (transmogs, mounts, toys and pets), for having PvP vendors and the Great Vault.

8.3 had pretty cool gameplay too, featuring tier sets, double Legendaries and the relaxation of many Covenant restrictions.

  10. Its hard to say that removing a bad feature is a positive for the next expansion. Would be like saying " my ex cheated on me and slept with her cousin but my new gf doesn't do that so she is the best"

  11. Not the story and setting, that is for sure. That doesn't mean btw that the concept of the shadowlands is bad per se, just the execution. I still can't get it into my head that the afterlife of an Earthmother venerating Tauren shaman is supposed to be becoming a smurf with wings for example (the other fates aren't lore friendly either). This expansion singlehandedly not only butchered the story of Sylvanas, Arthas, Uther, etc. but also the importance that gods like Elune or the Light have in the lore in general. I despise SL with all my heart for this single reason. At least WoD could somewhat be explained away with timeline stuff but SL has damaged WoW beyond repair for all future expansions to come unless they completely retcon it (however that is supposed to happen).

  12. My positives for Shadowlands were: 1) The Great Vault! We look forward to resets as one of the more exciting days of our week now cause of this. 2) The raids were pretty good especially Castle Nathria and Sepulcher. Some of the best designed raids we have seen. 3) The gameplay was really good. The two extra abilities for each class due to the covenants gave us some fun extra buttons to press and really made our rotations and play more fun and interesting. 4) At the end of the day it seems that Shadowlands has taught the devs to listen to the community more, we have seen interaction with Blizzard at an all time high.

  13. Gotta say izen, I listen to you like I used to listen to Bellular. I can always depend on you for good commentary from a guy who actually plays wow. Weekly videos about balance tuning and commentary on the game. Youโ€™re my go to for wow news, keep it up man!

Also be nicer to demon hunters please ๐Ÿ˜‚

  14. It was good at release.
Content drought due to Blizzard being a mess (narrative by Danuser and political hires) killed it
Which may happen again since all those problems remain.
Blizzard lacks of talent in their ranks nowadays.

  15. Titanforging is alive and well. You do mythic plus farm valor then upgrade your gear to max at 272 but you still do mythic plus and hope to get items in your vault at 278 or even 285 to me that's the same as warforged or titanforge .

  16. Choreghast was awful, SoD was miserable with the shards. Great Vault great add, removal of AP character power was good but lack of meaningful rewards in WQs was a big miss for me. After the story on my first toon I never spent more then 5 mins outside. The Maw was the worst zone ever, korthia was still bad. ZM was pretty good I think. Overall 9.3 was a great patch, 2 out of the 3 raids were really good and I thought all dungeons were very decent overall

  17. The positives:
The initial history until 60 was amazing
The zones are good, specially Ardenweald.
    The Great Vault.
    The Creation Catalyst.
    The LFG Alliance-Horde
    The PvP vendor again
General class design. I played a lot every class and honestly I like all.
You can earn gold with dailys
    The covenant system its good.
    The Negatives:
The dungeons are just bad, except maybe The Other Side.
    So grindy, so many currencies.
    Thorgast. I really hate it.
Legendaries crafted consumed almost 70% money I won this xpac( I got at least 3 leggos per class)
The main history its so bad. Sylvanas was bad and thats all. The Jailer its a meme. They did a crime with Anduin Wrynn…Turalyon commanding the Alliance? Omg. Was the time for white Wolf.
Class balance in general. Bored to play with same classes again and again because the lack of balance.
The Mythic + ksm mounts are terrible.
Still I dont got timewalking dragon

  18. I like this positive and heavily gamer take. Tired of people bitching that donโ€™t even do content. Feels good as a try hard-when-I-play player when I watch your content. Cheers bro

  19. Revendreth and Ardenweald were some of the best looking zones they've ever made, and imo very fun to level in too, especially Revendreth. I would put the shadow priest full revamp as a positive too.

  20. Things I'd like to add: We got a proper set with bonuses again! Also, the gameplay has become really good. I myself play quite a lot of different classes/specs. Almost all of them feel very good to play now.
All in all Shadowlands doesn't deserve the sh*t it got. I'm a sucker for lore, that was disappointing; so much more potential for cool stuff. But everything else was really enjoyable.

  21. Something like AP being tied to character power should be reimplemented if you ask me. I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I feel a game should reward those people who play it the most and this is in my opinion a very good way of doing so. I would agree that the way it's been implemented in the past – via a dozen world quests you'll have to grind every day on all your alts just to keep up isn't a good way. Something that's maybe slightly easier to achieve on a daily or weekly basis and above all counts as an account-wide upgrade would definitely get my seal of approval though. Plus, it should have diminishing returns similar to the way upgrading your Heart of Azeroth worked in BfA.
